As statewide regulations keep Nurture Nature Center closed to the public, the staff have been developing virtual content to keep audiences engaged and learning – and response has been great! News media outlets, including the Morning Call, have been highlighting NNC’s science and community programs. On Friday, local television station WLVT (PBS-39) interviewed Executive Director Rachel Hogan Carr about the upcoming schedule of programs, focusing on a new community collaborative installation for the center, focused on monarch butterflies.
