NNC is excited to announce the launch of its first ever Membership program, and to invite our friends to become Founding Members.
NNC is at a pivotal time in its growth – in a few months, we will break ground on our new Earth & Sky Dome – a world-class, immersive 75-seat theatre that will feature earth and space science programs; as well as cultural performances, and serve as an anchor destination for Easton. At the same time, national policy changes are impacting the federal agencies we work with, and the funding streams they provide, reducing the opportunities for education and research about environmental issues.
Our longtime friends, and the new ones we are making every day, have asked us how they can help NNC at this crossroads. In response, we have just launched our first-ever membership program and are excited to invite our visitors and friends now to become a Founding Member.
Nurture Nature Center’s membership program will enable us to sustain and expand our educational programs and outreach, empower communities with knowledge about ways to be resilient, and inspire young people and adults alike to become engaged stewards of our local and global environment. It will also help us to build exciting programs for the Earth & Sky Dome to enhance this work. Individuals who sign up to become a member in the next several weeks will be recognized as a Founding Member, and invited to join us for the Earth & Sky Dome launch event scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, where they will be acknowledged as a founding member.
Everyone’s involvement matters. We have giving levels at multiple ranges for individuals, including opportunities for Giving Circle memberships, which provide additional engagement with NNC staff and leadership. We also have options for business memberships, so our local and regional businesses can join. We’re all in this work together, making our communities more sustainable, environmentally resilient, and connected. Our community, and the friendship of our many visitors and supporters, has helped build NNC into what it is today.
